Sculpt Medical Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Sculpt Medical Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or receiving services at our clinic, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 Appointments

  • All clients are required to complete a medical consultation form before receiving any treatments.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not safe or suitable based on your medical history, current health, or consultation.

 Deposit & Booking Policy

  • A £30 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received and approved. Confirmation email will be sent. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show (see below).

 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your £30 deposit.

  • No-shows will also result in the loss of the deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.

 Payment

  • The remaining balance of your treatment is due at the time of your appointment.

  • We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and approved financing options.

 Refunds​

  • We do not offer refunds on services, that fall within 48 hours of treatment. No refund on packages if treatment has already started, due to these being discounted. 

  • If you experience a concern following your treatment, please contact us promptly so we can assess and advise appropriately.

 Medical Disclosure

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment.

  • Withholding relevant medical details may increase the risk of complications and releases Sculpt Medical Aesthetics from liability. Patients that are pregnant or breastfeeding are unable to have injectable treatments.

 Treatment Results

  • Results vary from person to person based on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and health.

  • While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, results are not guaranteed, and multiple sessions may be required.

  • We may take before-and-after photographs to document progress. These will only be used for marketing with your written consent.

 Guests & Children

  • For safety and comfort, we kindly request that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless previously arranged.

 Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or non-compliance with our clinic policies.

 Policy Updates

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available in-clinic or upon request.

By booking an appointment at Sculpt Medical Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
